Benefits

Core believes that the happiness and well being of our associates is fundamental to the happiness of our clients. Therefore, we take pride in offering our associates a robust benefits package.

Our insurance offerings include employer paid and/or subsidized comprehensive medical, dental, prescription, vision and life benefits coverage. Eligibility for the health and life insurance benefits begins on the first of the month following the date of hire.

We encourage our associates to participate in our 401(k) program. Maximum contribution is capped only by federal guidelines, and Core will match 100% of the first 3% of pay you contribute, and 50% of the next 2% of pay you contribute.

Core provides employees with competitive Paid Time Off (PTO), holiday and other time off programs that give you time away from work. PTO increases with tenure.

Finally, most positions at Core include performance and education incentive programs. Performance incentives are quarterly bonuses, and while the amount and format of these programs varies, full attainment by our associates is the norm. Education incentives include bonuses and/or salary adjustments for achievement of certifications.
